Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the day you receive your purchase. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.
- All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
- All other items are eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact. Please note that store credit is only available for online purchases returned by mail.
Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Payments
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Please note that order without proper shipping & billing information will need verification before being shipped to the customer. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
